Key Doctrines from the Standard Works was developed by Lowell R. Tingey (1940-1996). During is lifetime he developed this scripture marking system and taught it to his family, seminary, institute and religion students, missionaries and many others interested individuals. Lowell R. Tingey worked for over 30 years in the LDS Church Education System, teaching seminary, institute and religion at Ricks College. He also served as A Stake President and a Mission President. The Tingey Family has assembled this system in his memory.
